Overview: Meghdut Digital Platform (MDP) (www.meghdut.online) is an innovative e-commerce designed to promote local retail entrepreneurs, small businesses and service professionals. Developed by Syspedia Technologies Private Limited, a Kolkata-based start-up, MDP aims to create a
vibrant digital ecosystem where merchants, service providers and customers thrive together, by combining the power of commerce, community and connections.

- Vocal for Local: MDP proposes to discover and nurture local, ‘brandable’ entrepreneurs and service
providers, providing them a platform to showcase their products and services, and equip retail ‘davids’

in the unbranded, but ‘brandable’ niche, unlike other brand-centric e-commerce platforms.
Key Features - Proprietary Technology: MDP is built using Syspedia’s in-house proprietary technology, including
patent-pending IoT and innovative features - Merchant Empowerment: In addition to just transactions, MDP provides merchants with techenabled tools, training and business development support to grow their businesses over time.
- Customer Engagement: In order to attract customers and keep them coming back, MDP offers
various immersive engagement opportunities, including games, contests and loyalty programs, leading
to ubiquitous and easily attainable benefits including cash-backs, rewards, discounts and more.
Monetization Plan: Both access and usage-based revenue streams, including subscription fees,
