The Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), the national apex body dedicated to improving packaging standards through education, research, testing and consultancy under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India to serve the packaging and allied industries across the country for last 60 years, is proud to announce the National Conference on “The Future of Packaging:
Innovate. Integrate. Inspire.” This landmark two-day event is scheduled to take place on February 26th and 27th, 2026, at the Hotel ITC Sonar, Kolkata.
As the global packaging industry undergoes a paradigm shift toward digitalization and environmental responsibility, this conference serves as a critical platform for industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators. The event aims to explore state-of-the-art technologies, integrate sustainability into global supply chains, and showcase cutting-edge machinery and designs.
Conference Highlights & Agenda:
• Innovation & Digitalization: Sessions will cover the impact of AI/ML, product authentication, and digitalization on reshaping the industry.
• Sustainability & Circular Economy: In-depth discussions on plastic waste management regulations, EPR compliance, and advanced recycling technologies.
