A Blast From the Past Summer Special Menu Launched at Flavours of India

Staff Reporter –

Flavours of India (FoI) has introduced its New Summer Menu – which is a Blast from the Past – with its all-time favourite dishes combined with some ‘hot’ new items as well. With so many choices of cuisines and budgets, eating out in the city can be overwhelming for most people; but Flavours has made the choice easy. The restaurant has re-introduced all its favourite dishes so that customers can come and enjoy their preferred food choices; and for those that crave their nouvelle cuisine, this too is available here.
Celebrating their 20th Year in style, Flavours has a blend of the old with the new which is sure to bring a smile to your lips. The reason this restaurant has been thriving for all this time is because of its capability to connect to the bon vivant of Kolkata delivering quality food at competitive prices to them.
Flavours also has private dining rooms for friends and family to enjoy themselves away from prying eyes and dine in intimate surroundings. You can book these rooms to celebrate birthdays, enjoy kitty parties with ladies only groups, corporate events with your colleagues or a raucous evening cheering for your favorite IPL team; and all in intimate and private surroundings. Here too Flavours has a number of customized offers for its clients – both in terms of the selection of food items as well as alcoholic beverages. And on Saturdays, special live acoustic pop music as well as Bolly hits can be enjoyed by all customers.

Flavours has not only introduced the citizens of Kolkata to the new authentic amalgamation of foods but has also come up with some extremely delicious fusion dishes and the authentic cuisines celebrated across the country. Celebrating their 20th Year in style, the restaurant has introduced Twenty Special Delicacies which people have always loved over these years. This ‘Food Festival’ includes: Veg Cornflake Kebabs, Chilly Turkey Aloo, Malai Broccoli, FoI Special Paneer, Garlic Parmesan Wings, Mutton Butter Fry, Gondhoraj Panko Fried Fish, Malai Chilli Chicken, Sharabi Jhinga, Chicken Coastal Kebab, Dudhiya Makai, Dal Bukhara, Subz Jodhpuri, Bhuna Gosht, Chicken Jalandhari, Ran Nawabi, Rajasthani Laal Mans, Goan Fish Curry, Onion Cheese Chilli Kulcha and Cilantro Rice.
To accompany the special dishes FoI will serve its favorite drinks and cocktails, namely Aegon Negroni, Litchi Mint Elder Flower Symphony, Soul Mate Sour, French Kiss Martini, Green Goblin, Long Island Ice Tea, Litchi Colada, Margarita, Strawberry Chamomile Martini and Strawberry Mojito.
FoI, which can be found on AJC Bose Road, has been a popular destination for foodies for over 20 years. In terms of its ambience, dining experience, and food quality, it has consistently delivered. Due to its newly renovated private dining areas, it is a popular family destination. Their goal is to cater to the tastes of the local community by serving international cuisine with a local twist. In addition, they offer a fusion of flavors from all over India under one roof, giving their customers a one-of-a-kind and novel dining experience.
