The Yellow Turtle Introduced Special Bangaliana Thali for Poila Baisakh

The Yellow Turtle celebrated the spirit of Poila Baisakh by introducing a special Bangaliana Thali, offering an authentic taste of Bengal on a single platter. Designed to bring the essence of traditional Bengali cuisine to the table, the thali featured a variety of classic dishes prepared with the finest ingredients.
The menu included four variations of the Bangaliana Thali. The Bangaliana Chicken Thali, priced at Rs. 399, featured desi murgir jhol along with delicacies like echor chingri, aloo posto, fish fry, and misti doi. The Bangaliana Mutton Thali, available for Rs. 599, offered kochi panthar jhol, while the Bangaliana Pomfret Thali at Rs. 699 included sorshe pomfret. For those looking for a royal feast, the Bangaliana Maharaja Thali, priced at Rs. 1299, combined chicken, mutton, and jumbo prawn malai curry along with other traditional accompaniments. Each thali was served with aam panna sharbat, steamed rice, bhaja mung dal, jhuri aloo bhaja, salad, chutney, papad, misti doi, and rajbhog.
Speaking about the launch, Apeksha Lahiri , owner of The Yellow Turtle said, “Poila Baisakh is a time for celebration, and food is at the heart of it. We wanted to offer a wholesome Bengali feast that brings people together and reminds them of home-cooked flavors. Our Bangaliana Thali is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Bengal. The special Bangaliana Thali will be available from April 7th to April 15th April, throughout the day, inviting guests to indulge in a festive dining experience.
