Divine Bliss Foundation and Pragyan Foundation jointly organized, a transformative seminar titled “Blissful Life with Yoga” on December 3, 2024 at Pragyan Bhawan. The session, led by Dr. Suresh Kumar Agarwal, a renowned homoeopath and wellness expert, emphasized the essential role of yoga, pranayama, and meditation in achieving a sustainable and blissful life. Dr. Agarwal captivated the audience with his profound knowledge and practical demonstrations, offering a holistic approach to cultivating inner peace and joy.
During the seminar, Dr. Agarwal highlighted how regular yoga practice fosters physical strength and flexibility, creating the foundation for a healthy and balanced life. He demonstrated specific asanas designed to rejuvenate the body and improve overall vitality. Moving to pranayama, he explained how controlled breathing techniques harmonize the mind and body, reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity.
