Rituparna Sen has emerged as a beacon of hope and transformation through her unwavering commitment to social welfare. She began her journey by founding Health Aide, an NGO that played a critical role during the COVID-19 crisis—organizing camps, distributing oxygen cylinders, and later, hosting regular medical and eye camps that benefited over a hundred underprivileged patients.

Her dedication extended to the field of education when she took up a pro bono role with Sishu Kalyan School, serving children from underprivileged families. She championed their right to education by introducing e-learning tools like projectors, and by arranging for uniforms and nutritious meals—creating a more inclusive and supportive learning environment.
While working closely with the mothers of these students, Rituparna identified a deeper issue—lack of financial independence among the women in these communities. In response, she founded a vocational training school under the initiative Little Hand, Little Help, offering skills in crafts and needlework to empower slum-dwelling women with a source of income.

Through her integrated approach to healthcare, education, and women’s empowerment, Rituparna Sen has touched countless lives, proving that true change begins with compassion, dedication, and action.
